Blurry iPhone photos must necessarily be the order of the day since cameras create such a hassle when attempting to go to court. But when it comes to food – substance over form any day, no? A quick dinner catch-up last month at Pizza Fabbrica in Bussorah Street – a quiet Italian outfit tucked amongst two rows of Middle Eastern restaurants.
The linguine ai frutti di mare (seafood linguini) was decent, if a bit bland; wish the pasta had absorbed more of the sauce. My friend had their Prosciutto Crudo con Rucola pizza, which came with a nicely charred crust and a generous amount of parma ham. A good amount for one person, which is as the Italians do, of course! Overall, a nice place to have a catch up, especially as the place isn’t too crowded. Worth a stop if you’re in the area and looking for some Italian food.
