It’s been a while! And I have so much to catch up on – not least the vibrant coffee scene in KL that we tried our best to get a whiff of the short time we were there. Good coffee abounds, at reasonable prices too (thank you exchange rate!), but I must say the biggest draw was the air conditioning that offered respite from the blistering heat. Here’s Coffee Amo which we popped into barely an hour into exploring Petaling St, having been ferried there by the kindest taxi driver who supplied us with a list of delectables around the area. I can safely say that database has expanded, with the addition of this quaint joint tucked away on the second floor of a shophouse, right behind a traditional chinese culture association’s headquarters. Talk about a hidden find! If that sounds tedious already, the adorable 3D latte art, floating atop mandarin orange flavoured coffee, is more than worth the journey.
